MISSION STATEMENT

Michael J. Katz, MD, works at a private practice in Flushing, New York. He specializes in forensic medicine and legal medicine, as well as orthopedic surgical procedures. During his career, Dr. Katz conducted research on behalf of NASA on stopping bone loss leading to osteoporosis. In his spare time, he mentors orthopedic residents at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Michael J. Katz is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with Ivy League training. He has been in practice for 30 years offering personalized attention to his patients for all their orthopedic problems. He provides care for orthopedic problems such as neck and back pain, joint pain, fracture care. He cares for all joint such as the shoulders, elbows, wrists/hands, hips, knees and feet/ankles. He cares for injuries which are work-related, motor vehicle- related or sports- related. He treats both pediatric and adult problems.
He is known for his conservative care of orthopedic problems with a strong following of patients from his long career and strong experience. His office is known for the helpful and supportive office staff who help patients with all their needs.
